FoundersForge announces dates for standing monthly meet-ups

FoundersForge, the rebranded organization formerly known as Startup Tri-Cities, has announced one upcoming annual event and standing dates for its expanded programming.

The second annual “Entrepreneur Summit of the Appalachian Highlands” is set for 7:45 to 9 a.m. February 20 at the offices of BrightRidge Broadband, 2600 Boones Creek Road, Johnson City. Registration information can be found here.

As noted in this recent teknovation.biz article, FoundersForge is enhancing its programming with a monthly schedule of meet-ups.

  • TriDEV, the region’s largest software and technology meet-up, is set for 6 p.m. the second Tuesday of every month. The sessions are at Spark Plaza. 404 South Roan Street in Downtown Johnson City. Click here for more information.
  • The Tech Founders meet-up will be the second Thursday of each month in the offices of ActionVFX, Suite 505, 112 East Myrtle Avenue, also in Johnson City. For more details, click here.
  • “Pitches & Pints” is now a monthly meet-up, set for 5:30 p.m. the fourth Thursday of each month, again at Spark Plaza. Each event will begin with a quick lesson on pitching, an example pitch, and then the mic is open for anyone interested in sharing their ideas. Click here for more information.
