Chad Sorrell is no stranger to acquisitions, and in the next Founders Meetup he’ll join us to share his lessons learned from building his business, Archive Logistics and how he positioned it for a successful acquisition. After leading the company through a decade of rapid growth growth, it was acquired in 2015 by Access; a Berkshire Partners backed firm and the largest privately held corporation in the RIM industry. He continued as a consultant and the company’s designated representative with PRISM, the industry’s global trade association then for four years as a Director and past President.
Most startup Founders have an exit plan. As a fourth generation entrepreneur with over 10 years experience, Chad is definitely qualified to share some real practical knowledge on what to do/what not to do when going from building your own business to getting acquired. Don’t miss out on these lessons for anyone going through an acquisition, and get your questions ready for after his presentation!
This is a hybrid event hosted by FoundersForge and ActionVFX. We are limiting capacity to 10 people, so RSVP your place soon! Take your lunch hour with us; we have free tacos!
