Our special guest here to share some practical leadership lessons for new Founders is President & Executive Director of Summit Leadership Foundation, Matt Overby! Matt works with over 100 non-profits, businesses, and churches utilizing Summit’s four “C’s” of connecting, consulting, coaching, and caring.
